Whether you book online or speak to our aesthetic advisor, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service total the day of treatment.
Our providers set aside time specifically for your clinic visit. We value your time, as well as our providers' time - a deposit protects them from "no call, no shows" or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes).
If your visit has been made without a deposit (including follow up appointments) and a no call-no show occurs, your card on file will be charged a non-refundable $100 fee.

It is important to note that gratuity is not necessary for medical aesthetic or body aesthetic treatments. These treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals, compensated through their fees for service & are not allowed to accept tips as it can compromise professional ethics.
